As many of you know I am a HUGE fan of Starbucks. I am one of those people that always wants to be sipping on something, and it doesn't hurt that my closest Starbucks is just an elevator ride away during the week.
Yes, it is true I am a Gold Card Member. It is also true that all 14 baristas lovingly call me Ginger. Do I spend a lot of time and money there? Yes. Is it worth the free syrups, tea refills, and having friends behind the coffee bar that are excited to see me? YES!!
This brings me to the reason for this post. I have now had to hear many family members and friends share a story of bigger cup happiness. The TRENTA!!! Here in Colorado I must wait until May 3rd to partake, but it is just in time for a summer filled with Trentas. Many non-addicts feel that an additional 7 ounces for $0.50 more is unnecessary. For true 'Bucks Addicts' 7 more ounces for a mere $0.50 is worth every penny! For all those soda lovers, think of your world without the Big Gulp, impossible! Now we tea and coffee lovers can join in on the American dream of bigger and better refreshments! Thank you Starbucks for making this possible! (I am starting a countdown.........93 days)
A blog about everything I love and some funny things I think of. Just another spot to keep up to date on what I am doing :)

Brow Shape -
I ran across this article, Eyebrow Shapes and What They Say About You, and found it pretty funny. I had NO idea that the shape of my eyebrows meant something. This whole time I have been thinking the shape of my brows is determined by the person that waxes them - but no - it is totally meant to describe who I am!! Oh, and don't forget, I will now be analyzing your brows when I see you!

2011
Happy 2011!
As I am sure you have noticed I have not had a post since the beginning of December! The sad part is I feel like that was last week! But here we are in 2011, and I am very excited about what this year might bring. I am not a huge fan of change, I used to cry when my parents sold a house or traded in a car, so it is funny that I hope this year is FULL of change.
Since my last post many things have happened. We have settled into my parents house and all the cats are now best friends. Tomas turned 28 and my Mom turned 51, which we celebrated with a show downtown and dinner. The show was awful but the dinner was fun. Brian came home from College and after that Michael was in town for Christmas and we had a ton of fun just hanging out as a family, meeting with the Sager's for dinner and remembering when it used to be all of us all the time. Christmas was a lot of fun and we spent the day in matching pj's drinking and playing with new toys.
The next day we headed to Arizona, and Michael went skiing before heading back to warm Texas. Arizona was a great trip. Our van had some little issues so we prayed we would make it to our first stop, Sedona. We made it and we were so glad because Dad surprised us with reservations on top of a mountain. The views were amazing. Our second day we had to take the van to get fixed so we walked around Walmart, a strip mall, and then sat at a bar drinking beer and playing video games until our hours of waiting were done. The van is not 100% but he reassured us it could get us where we were going and back! The next day we headed to Wickenburg to see my Grandma. While there we ate out, Mom and I ran in the wonderful weather, and we played a ton of card games. The rest of the trip was spent in Scottsdale. Our main reason for this stop was to celebrate the Wedding of Elliot & Lindsey Schwartz (it was beautiful), but also while there my Dad took us to his old house and college, and of course we hit up the casino!!
Overall our welcome into 2011 was full of fun, friends, and family so we couldn't ask for more. I will try to post more in this new year! I hope you all had a wonderful Holiday Season as well!

Home
Since moving back in with my parents I have realized many things - but today I am only going to share one of them.
Not sure if it is being at the house, or being with my parents, or the conversations I have had with each recently, but I miss them a lot. I miss Michael for his funny comments, bear hugs, and his ideas on life. Whenever Michael is here it is a great time, because he keeps us laughing. I miss Brian for his loving words, long armed hugs, and care-free way of life. Whenever B is around I am in big sister mode hoping he hears me when I say have a great time, but be careful and smart.
I think it may be that the holidays are coming up, and I miss the days when Christmas was a trip to Texas where the whole family would get together. Now there are no little kids to do Santa for, and it seems everyone in the family is doing their own thing. This is why I pray that we will all be able to be together for Christmas this year, even if for only a few days.
I miss my brothers.

I love you Michael & Brian!!!

Happy Birthday Dad!!
Today is my Dad's Birthday. If you have not had the chance to meet my Dad, or spend a couple hours with him, you are missing out. My Dad always has a funny story or comment, and keeps life light and funny. I hope that I can be like my Dad, always up for a good time, ready for a laugh and a drink. I am so lucky to have a Dad that is supportive, loving, funny, cool, brilliant, and strong. Thank you Dad for all that you do for me and our family. We love you!!

Samson & His Basket
I have watched this video a lot recently....Samson makes me smile. And it reminds me of Tomas and I laughing so hard we were on the floor! In this video Samson is trying to lay in a basket, he used to fit when he was a kitten, but as you can see that was a while ago. The funny part is he would try to sit, then look at us when we laughed, try and sit again, even try to get on his back legs and squat, to eventually get distracted by his tail.....Enjoy my furr baby and his ADD :) Listen close for Tomas' giggles and my cackle at the end - haha!
Randy Moss - "One Clap" by dj steve porter
I LOVE THIS VIDEO - and many people I have shown think it is funny, but nothing special, UNTIL they walk by singing "Do what I wanna do, Say what I wanna say...."
My favorite part (ok I have 2) is "Did I say anything stupid today?" and "Moss this, Moss that, Moss this, Moss that".
ENJOY!!!
